The NSW Police Boxing Club meets every Saturday morning at 9am for a 1 hour
boxing exercise class at the Eastern Suburbs PCYC on Bunnerong Road, Daceyville.
The session incorporates plenty of fitness work with some boxing technique included. For those people that are interested in competitive boxing, the club also caters for this and meets together for regular training/sparring sessions.
Membership to the boxing club costs $10 for Police and $15 for non Police.
Boxing exercise classes cost $5. Boxing gloves or mits are needed to participate in the classes, however, the club has a limited amount of equipment for loan. The classes are suitable for beginners through to competitive boxers. See you there!
