Placing and Accepting Orders/Registering for Events
Placement of an order/Registering in an event by you constitutes an offer to enter into an agreement with us ("your offer"). We will e-mail you a receipt following payment. Orders will not be dispatched until NSW POLICE COUNCIL OF SPORT INC is satisfied with the integrity of the order and payment has been received in full.
 
Transaction Currency
All transactions undertaken on this website are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
 
Cancellation by Us
We reserve the right not to provide goods or services or cancel orders (or part thereof) at our sole discretion at any time. Without limiting the operation of any Terms & Conditions, we will not be held liable for loss or damage caused by exercising these rights.

Cancellation by You
If you need to cancel an order/cancel registration to an event, please contact us immediately on 0418.394.998. Our agreement with you only comes into existence once we have both confirmed your order/event registration and your payment has been processed. Once we have accepted payment for an order, cancellation of the order/registration is within our sole discretion.
